Create and manage an SLA

Description

Hi, I'd like to set an SLA on my Project.
I did create a Component. The SLA is relate to a Component or could I relate to any Field?
I don't found the SLA setting. Could be a permisssion problem or a "Schema" failure problem?
How I can do it?
I found this :

but it show how to set "Who" can named it and not how.
