VertygoSLA timer jumps from not delayed to delayed when closing the ticket even when time to spare

Hello Support,

We noticed the following:
The workaround timer has been stopped on 5-Oct at 9:38, leaving 20 minutes to spare. From that moment on the timer shows as
'PRRBS Support | Workaround | 2 - High' - State: Closed - Due Date: 05/Oct/15 9:58 AM - Not delayed

But when this ticket was Closed on 6-October the Workaround timer jumped to
'PRRBS Support | Workaround | 2 - High' - State: Closed - Due Date: 05/Oct/15 9:58 AM - Delayed

Please explain why this timer jumps from Not Delayed to Delayed.
